ARE YOU EXPERIENCING ANY OF THESE?
FATIGUES
A good night's sleep isn’t the only thing you need to feel energized throughout your day. Your gut health, stress hormones, and blood sugar could be causing your fatigue.
WEIGHT CHANGES
It’s not just calories in, calories out. Our bodies are far more complex than that – thyroid suboptimal, a gut infection, or metabolic dysfunction are all common causes for extra pounds. And please know, it’s not your fault!
DIGESTIVE PROBLEMS
Running to the bathroom or not going poop frequently enough? Are your pants feeling tighter at the end of the day? Infections like h.pylori or fungal overgrowth like candida could be the cause for these uncomfortable (and often, embarrassing!) issues.
HEADACHES
Muscle tension or an injury could be a cause for your headaches, but it could also be from hormonal imbalances, stress, or a crash in blood sugar…to name a few. Finding the real reason will help you find lasting relief.
JOINTS
Stretching and strengthening is great, but is the pain in your joints persisting? It could be coming from issues in your gut - like leaky gut or a bacterial overgrowth (SIBO).
FOOD SENSITIVITIES
Gluten and dairy aren’t the only foods that people can be sensitive to - sometimes it’s a food you would categorize as “healthy” like spinach and onions! It could also be from your leaky gut (dysbiosis) causing a sensitivity to foods. (We can heal this!)
Sound Familiar...?
Forgetfulness or difficulty concentrating
No energy to get through the day
Trouble falling or staying asleep
Juggling work, family, and aging parents leaving you stressed
Being told everything is "fine" and not feeling heard
Tired of the 'pill for every ill' approach in healthcare
Overwhelmed, not knowing where to start
Worried it's too late or too hard to make any meaningful changes
The body is resilient when given what it needs.
Functional Medicine allows a person to be heard, to identify the root cause of their concerns, and offer real solutions. Functional medicine is NOT about prescribing more medicine to cover up symptoms or labeling patients with diagnoses.
Functional Medicine addresses not just the body, but the mind and spirit. Listening to the person, not just chasing the "diagnosis".
Functional Medicine focuses on your life and what makes you who you are, as well as what is causing any imbalance and how to correct that within your life.
Functional Medicine goes beyond standard labs, digs a little deeper, and looks at information from a different perspective, and provides you with solutions to treat the cause.
You will not be simply dismissed with “everything’s normal”.

A bluebird symbolizes many things such as hope, joy, prosperity. Native American stories tell that bluebirds are a sign of good luck. A bluebird is associated with tranquility, happiness, growth, good health, new beginnings and loyalty. But, mostly I chose the bluebird because seeing a bluebird always makes me smile. I hope it brings you joy as well.
